Gîte Amélie is a 180 m² house in Housseras, a quiet village between Épinal and Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, 300 m from the forest. Rated 4 stars and awarded 4 “épis”, it sleeps up to 8 guests, plus a baby.
On the ground floor, a 70 m² open-plan living space brings together the double-height dining room, the kitchen, a cosy lounge and a reading corner that can double as an extra bedroom. The sauna area, with its shower, and the laundry room complete this level.
All beds have recent, quality mattresses. The household linen, in linen or cotton, comes from Vosges textile makers.

A bright living space, a games room and a large garden.
The dining room
Double height, overlooking the terrace and garden, with a large table for convivial meals for eight.
The kitchen
Open onto the dining room: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, raclette and fondue sets.
The lounge
A cosy lounge with TV, a large sofa and a stone wall.
The reading corner
A quiet spot to read or play; it can also serve as an extra bedroom.
The games and screening room
A 2.5 m screen, 3D projector, home cinema and Chromecast for your films, photos and music. Table football, board games, a crafts and colouring corner, in a child-safe space.
The terrace
70 m² shaded by a sail: outdoor lounge, table for eight, loungers, barbecue and the hot tub.
The garden
1,500 m² laid out in terraces, with an arbour at the top and its view over the village and the mountains. Pétanque, mölkky and balls are provided.
For children
Swings, a slide and a wooden hut at the end of the garden.
